Your hands are the biggest infection carriers. So, wash them with soap and water frequently, especially after going to the toilet and after handling pets.

Consume easily digestible home-cooked food and avoid unhygienic junk foods and make sure to wash the fresh vegetables and fruits properly before consuming them.
4. Drink Boiled Water
Drinking boiled water and eating homemade food are the best ways to prevent stomach flu. Carry your own drinking water to avoid drinking unhygienic water from outside.
5. Consume A Light Meal
Eating oily and spicy food can cause acidity, indigestion, bloating during monsoon. Consume a light meal to keep your digestive system healthy, which can help build a good immunity.
6. Avoid Carbonated Drinks
These drinks can reduce minerals in the body, and lead to the reduction of enzyme activity.
