The general ambiance of a gym can affect the workout schedule greatly.
Lighting, music, the general population of the gym can affect if a person likes the gym or not. Another major factor is cleanliness.
5.Committing to an agreement
After a suitable gym is found, ask if the gym offers any discounted memberships or not. Ask if the gym offers extras like post-workout cleaning articles. Ask if the gym offers group workout sessions included in the package or they have to be paid for separately & if the gym offers special pieces of equipment or not.
